Civil Works Data Catalog Help

The CW Data Catalog is a web based application that fronts repositories of metadata records about resources of interest to Civil Works. The resources fall into three major categories, Asset, Activity and Agent. Furthermore, it contains other items of information used in the metadata records, these are referred to as registry items. The CW Data Catalog offers two basic functions, viewing and editing. Viewing the catalog allows users to quickly and easily search through all available assets and find information about each from one asset to another asset or registered item. Additionally, catalog users can explore relationships between assets and their connected items. Editing the catalog allows Resource Owners to register new resources as well as update, link or delete their existing resources.
